In 2017 WIGTA was approached by Kind Malaysia and Informa Markets to participate in the SMIDEX 2017. Our booth was represented by several SME Business Owners in healthy food and drinks who had showcased their products and services in the exhibition. During the exhibition we had highlighted one SME business owner and her company called Yakeen Enterprise.  Her unique health drinks which is called Yakeen Honey Booster is brought to the visitors, new buyers and potential business partners. After the event, WIGTA glads to achieve the objectives and promote opportunities and support to our business network, partners and stakeholders by involving in many exhibitions, seminars and expo.

WIGTA is established to identify women and girls’ potential in Science and Technology. Therefore, we have set a platform under our association to encourage, support and help them to sustain their goals. Madam President and Founder aware the existence of a huge gap occurs between women and men in STEM workforce. She hopes that WIGTA will continuously support ISTIC since both parties hold the same objectives.

Madam President is specially invited to the event. The event that has organised a dialogue & information sharing session between a group of women President, Chairman, CEO and women leaders with the Minister. The event also involved about 150 women entrepreneurs who came and shared some of their expertise and experience at the Platinum Central. The talk meeting was officially launched by YB Dato’ Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Minister of MITI and YB Dato’ Sri Rohani Abd Karim, Minister of KPWKM.  In the same event, SME Corp. Malaysia also launched the re-branding of SME Corp’s One Referral Centre known as the SME Hub.

WIGTA is actively involved in peace making. In 2018, we are invited to participate in Peace Forum 2018, Kuala Lumpur. Together with International Women Peace Group Malaysia, we met for the implementation of practical and enforceable international law which lays its foundation on the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) to prevent all ongoing and potential conflicts. We also seen the WARP office which is to promote the mutual understanding between religions and have established the peace education project to realize sustainable peace. The objectives of the meeting will be a way to eliminate the fundamental cause of war, and seek peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula, and furthermore, a sustainable peace for the world.

WIGTA was nominated as Sustainability Leader for Europa Award in Sustainability 2019 in the event that was held in Kuala Lumpur. The nomination goes to Madam Hajah Tetty Zulkifli, President & Founder WIGTA for her commitment in business developing and changing across key areas such as renewable energy and social sustainability for years. EUMCCI or EU Malaysia Commerce Chamber Industry is in collaboration with Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) is organising the upcoming In Conversation With Sustainability Leaders. WIGTA congratulate Ybrs Madam Tetty Henney for being nominated!

Finally, she graduated after almost 4 years taking up her dream course, Counselling and Psychology from University Malaya. At the age of 50 plus she also earned Director List from the university senate for all four semesters with 3.75 and above CGPA. She also fulfilled her mission having to graduate on the prestigous stage of Dewan Tunku Canselor University Malaya. Her deep passion in continuous learning has triggered her to follow more online and research courses to in order to equip with new technologies and information.

Mdm Hajah Tetty Henney Zulkifli was invited to submit proposed allocations that can be applied for the 2021 budget by Malaysia Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, (KPWKM) for the benefits of the target group in Malaysia.

Mdm Hjh Tetty Henney Zulkifli was invited to participate in event. The Malaysian Parliament has host the 2021 Malaysian Parliament Symposium themed “Women and Youth: Coloring the National Leadership Landscape”. This program has been broadcast live from the Malaysian Parliament.

WIGTA works closely with many charity organizations. For many years we have collaborated with Perkim Selayang Baru and Management Science University (MSU) to give donations to the students of Perkim Selayang Baru in conjunctions of Ramadan and Syawal months.

Madam Hajah Tetty Henney Zulkifli has been invited to attend the meaningful celebration and attended a forum which is organized by Parliament of Malaysia. The forum also has invited several speakers who talked about the issue which is called Saksama Bersama. The Event was held on 8 March, 2022 at Banquet Room, Parliament Malaysia. 

YBrs Madam Tetty Henney Zulkifli WIGTA President and Founder was invited to a charity event for a good cause with Puan Sri Dr Susan Cheah, One Caring Heart Malaysia President and Founder. 

Women in Governance & Technology Association of Malaysia was invited to be an esteemed Supporting Partner at our forthcoming 2ND ASEAN FINANCE INNOVATION SUMMIT 2024, hosted concurrently with the ASEAN FINANCIAL SERVICES EXCELLENCE & TRANSFORMATION SUMMIT 2024 on the 6th and 7th of March, at the M Resort & Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of organizing these 2 events simultaneously is to cover the entire market at once.
